Reggio Emilia, October 19, 2026 – Cyberoo S.p.A. (“Cyberoo” or the “Company”), an innovative SME listed on Euronext Growth Milan and specializing in cybersecurity for businesses and integrated cyber risk management, announces the publication of its Sustainability Report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, which had an exceptional duration of 15 months (from January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026).

Prepared on a voluntary basis, the document outlines the Group’s key results and initiatives regarding people, the environment, community relations, governance, and innovation. This initiative is part of Cyberoo industrial development, with the goal of combining business continuity, the development of expertise, and the strengthening of companies’ digital resilience. During the period, the Group reported revenue from sales and services of 27.71 million euros and consolidated net income of 2.57 million euros.

“Reporting on sustainability means transparently measuring the results we’ve achieved and recognizing the areas where we can still improve. For Cyberoo, this report is a tool for accountability and for guiding future decisions: it puts people, innovation, and the concrete impact of our activities on the local community and the organizations we support at the center. We want that measuring and sharing results become an increasingly integral part of how we do business,” says Veronica Leonardi, Executive Board Member and CMO of Cyberoo.

People, Employment, and Skills

As of March 31, 2026, the consolidated workforce numbered 177 employees, compared to 151 as of December 31, 2024, representing a 17,2% increase between the two dates. The 99% of the workforce is employed under permanent contracts, in accordance with the contractual protections and applicable regulations in the countries where the Group operates.

Women accounted for 24% of the workforce, compared to the 21% reported for 2024, representing an increase of 3 percentage points. During the period, 1,671 hours of training were also provided, focused on developing specialized and transferable skills.

Environment and Responsible Resource Management

During the reporting period, the company’s photovoltaic system generated 123 GJ of energy from renewable sources, of which 102 GJ was used for self-consumption. Total waste generation amounted to 4,28 metric tons, a 39,5% decrease compared to the figure reported for the previous fiscal year, despite a longer reporting period.

To provide IT services, the Group also relies on infrastructure hosted at third-party Data Centres with ISO 14001 environmental and ISO 50001 energy certifications, as reported in the sustainability documentation.

Suppliers, Universities, and Local Communities

Total spending on suppliers reported during the period amounted to 17.5 million euros, 86% of which went to suppliers located in Italy. The Group also carried out 57 engagement and collaboration initiatives with local communities, schools, and universities, including the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, the University of Turin, and the Catholic University. The results confirm the Group’s focus on fostering relationships with the local ecosystem of expertise and innovation.

Innovation and Technological Development

During the fiscal year, the Group recorded increases in fixed assets for internal work totaling 3.03 million euros, compared to 1.73 million euros in the previous fiscal year. This amount reflects the development of proprietary technologies and solutions, including in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and cybersecurity. The nominal change, amounting to approximately 75%, should be interpreted while considering the different lengths of the periods being compared (15 months versus 12).

Among the main areas of innovation is Keatrix, a platform dedicated to cybersecurity training and human risk management, which combines engaging content with technologies for personalizing training programs. The goal is to raise awareness among employees and help reduce the cybersecurity risks facing organizations.

Building on the investments made during the fiscal year, in May 2026 Cyberoo unveiled ORBIS, the integrated model that organizes the Group’s offerings in the areas of threat management, process governance, compliance, and people security. This strategic evolution, which took place after the end of the reporting period, is geared toward a more coordinated and measurable approach to cyber risk management.

The Sustainability Report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, is available in the Sustainability section of the company’s website: https://cyberoo.com/en/sustainability/.
