Mediobanca joins Alantra to support Cyberoo in developing and strengthening relationships with institutional investors.
Reggio Emilia, March 12, 2026 – Cyberoo S.p.A. (“Company”), an innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan Market, specialized in cybersecurity for businesses, announces that it has appointed Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. as Corporate Broker, which will work alongside Alantra in supporting the Company in developing and promoting relations with institutional investors.
The initiative is part of Cyberoo’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its investor relations activities, with the aim of further increasing the Company’s visibility within the financial community and making its dialogue with the market even more effective, continuous, and structured.
The assignment entrusted to Mediobanca is part of a strategy aimed at further consolidating Cyberoo’s position among institutional investors, promoting a broader understanding of the company’s business model, growth drivers, and value.
