Reggio Emilia, July, 29th 2025 – Cyberoo S.p.A., an innovative SME listed on the EGM (Euronext Growth Milan) market, specialized in cyber security for companies, announces that it has finalized a three-year agreement with a leading international group operating in the Real Estate & Construction sector. The company, which has over 1,000 employees, is particularly well established in Poland, one of its main areas of operation in the continent.
The agreement provides for the adoption of Cypeer Keera, the advanced module of the proprietary Cypeer solution, operational since 2024 and now increasingly central to Cyberoo growth strategy and competitive positioning in the cybersecurity market.
Cypeer Keera represents a distinctive asset with high added value: it offers a proactive approach to cybersecurity through an advanced level of remediation and direct intervention by the Keera Team, both at night and during holidays, ensuring continuous monitoring of corporate digital infrastructures.
The deal was made possible thanks to a consolidated channel supply chain, which saw the active involvement of INTEGRITY PARTNERS SP. Z O. O., a local partner with strong roots in the area, and Arrow Electronics, a strategic Polish distributor with an international presence. The strengthening of Cyberoo presence in the local market is also due to the highly effective work of its partner ASCOMP S.A., who is contributing significantly to the results for the half-year.
This partner-distributor synergy once again demonstrates the effectiveness of the consolidated indirect go-to-market strategy, which leverages the expertise of local partners and the distribution network ability to bring Cyberoo solutions to key markets in a scalable and efficient way.
