(&#8220;Cyberoo&#8221; or the &#8220;Company&#8221;), an innovative SME listed on the EGM (Euronext Growth Milan) market, specialized in cybersecurity for companies, announces the establishment and commencement of operations of Cyberoo Capital S.r.l. (&#8220;Cyberoo Capital&#8221;), a wholly-owned subsidiary dedicated to offering the market evolutionary leasing contracts for cyber security solutions and services developed by the parent company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cyberoo Capital, as a specialized vehicle for structuring evolutionary leases of Cyberoo solutions, will operate with the aim of responding to the growing demand for flexible usage models (OPEX) from businesses and supporting the development of the Group&#8217;s recurring revenues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, the Board of Directors of Cyberoo S.p.A. authorized the Chief Executive Officer, also in his capacity as Chief Executive Officer of Cyberoo Capital S.r.l., to provide financial support to Cyberoo Capital up to a maximum total amount of \u20ac15,000,000 (fifteen million). This represents a potential ceiling, to be deployed progressively and selectively in the medium term, depending on market opportunities. The transactions may take the form of loans, guarantees, or other technically appropriate structures that comply with applicable regulations, in accordance with the Group&#8217;s risk policies and economic and financial assessments of individual projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cCyberoo Capital represents a significant strategic step for us \u2013 <\/em>said <strong>Fabio Leonardi, CEO of Cyberoo S.p.A.<\/strong><em>\u2013 It allows us to leverage the strength of our technologies through a financial model capable of removing many of the barriers that still hinder investments in cyber security. This project will significantly enhance the Group\u2019s recurring revenue profile, expand our capacity to serve the market, and create conditions for stronger and more sustainable long-term growth.
