High focus on innovation, cultural dissemination and local spillover<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reggio Emilia, June 30, 2025<\/span> \u2013 Cyberoo S.p.A.<\/strong>, an innovative SME listed on the EGM (Euronext Growth Milan) market, specialized in cyber security for companies, approved the Sustainability Report referring to fiscal year 2024. The document, drawn up on a voluntary basis, reports on a reasoned selection of the standards published by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI 2021),<\/em> according to the \u201cWith reference<\/em>\u201d option, and is an integral part of the sustainable development path undertaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driven by innovation and the pursuit of excellence in the development of advanced cybersecurity solutions, the company, by integrating sustainability into its growth model, generated economic value of 25 million euros (+14% compared to 2023), recording 17 million euros as distributed value (+19% compared to 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The commitment to enhancing people as a driver of innovation and business competitiveness has been confirmed. The workforce grew by +11.7%, reaching the number of 105 employees, of which 21% were women, a share that is clearly higher than the sector average (15%). 99% of the staff are hired on permanent contracts and 97% work on full-time contracts, reflecting an ever-increasing focus on stability and employment security. No accidents at work were recorded during the period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technological innovation remains at the core of Cyberoo’s development model, which is based on an ecosystem of strategic partnerships that can facilitate market access and sales of its solutions. In 2024, the company consolidated over 80 partnership agreements in Italy, flanked by international partnerships with major players in the sector, thanks to which it consolidated its market positioning and continued its expansion abroad, in Poland and Spain. During the period, Cyberoo also strengthened its investments in R&D, further improving the effectiveness of the solutions which, for the third consecutive time, earned it inclusion in Gartner’s “Market Guide for Managed Detection & Response Services” as a Global \u201cRepresentative Vendor\u201d for cybersecurity services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the cultural dissemination front, many initiatives have been carried out, such as the one with Informatici Senza Frontiere or with the FAI \u2013 Fondo Ambiente Italiano, with which Cyberoo shares the same values of heritage protection and enhancement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commitment also confirmed in the field of training young talents, thanks to collaborations with the Scaruffi-Levi-Tricolore Technical Institute of Reggio Emilia and with the Faculty of Economics and Law of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Cremona campus, where the company participates in the degree course in “Innovation and Digital Entrepreneurship”, as a member of the Steering Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also on the territory, enhanced by a senior management of entirely local origin and a network of Italian suppliers, of which 26% are based in Emilia-Romagna, there is also the collaboration with the CRIT Network, a Modena-based company active in the development of research projects and active participation in the initiatives promoted by Unindustria Reggio Emilia and Confindustria Piacenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The process to reducing waste production also continues, with a -65% reduction. Finally, the SGI ISO 27001 certification, Integrated Management System for Quality and Information Security (SGI), should be noted, and that no outstanding ESG-related sanctions and\/or litigation have been detected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
